delivery timings take place from sunday to saturday in abu dhabi, dubai, sharjah, ajman, ras al khaimah, umm alquwain and al ain. our delivery window is between 2:00pm - 8:00pm on normal days, and 2:00pm - 2:00am on eid. please note that we work with third-party delivery companies, therefore specific delivery timings cannot be guaranteed. they have their own schedule and route for deliveries. for special occasions, we recommend ordering a day in advance and storing the baked goods in the fridge for the next day.
delivery fee rates may vary depending on the courier company chosen for each emirate. we work with multiple courier services to ensure comprehensive coverage. our goal is to provide competitive rates while ensuring efficient delivery. consequently, delivery fees and timings may change periodically based on the chosen courier service.
address we partner with a third-party courier company that serves multiple businesses. couriers will attempt delivery and wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. failure to respond to their call may result in rescheduling for the following day. to avoid such situations, please provide a complete address, including area, street name/number, and house number, sharing your google pin coordinates is crucial, and adding a second number is a bonus! please be aware that failing in responding to the courier will only result in rescheduling, we cannot accept cancellations/refunds at this stage.
