Policy, Refund and Delivery
Orders
- Orders must be placed at least 4 days in advance.
- The cutoff time is 9:00 AM daily. Orders placed after this time will be processed for the next available delivery date.

Delivery Zones
- We currently deliver to:
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Ain. - We do not deliver to:
Fujairah, Western Region, suburban areas, farms, offices, malls, hospitals, parks, or beaches. - To confirm if we deliver to your area, email us at hello@freshbatch.ae.

Address Policy
To avoid delivery issues, please provide:
- Area, street name/number, house number
- Google Pin Coordinates (mandatory)
- A secondary phone number (highly recommended)
Couriers wait a maximum of 10 minutes. If you are unreachable, delivery will be rescheduled to the following day.
If you are unreachable again on the second attempt, the order will be cancelled with no refund or further rescheduling.

Missing Address Policy
- Orders placed without full address details, including Google coordinates, will be automatically refunded and not dispatched.

Delivery Timings
- Standard delivery window: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- During Peak seasons and Eid: 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM
We work with third-party courier companies, so specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Couriers follow their own pre-scheduled routes.
For special occasions, we strongly recommend ordering a day in advance and refrigerating your treats.

Delivery Timing Agreement
Our delivery timings are between 2:00pm and 8:00pm, as selected by the customer during the order process. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these delivery timings. Specific delivery times within this window cannot be guaranteed as we work with third-party delivery companies that follow their own schedules and routes. Please note that we do not have access to the delivery rider’s number, only their management, and we cannot repeatedly share the management’s contact as they are already busy handling operations.
Customers are expected to be available/or have someone else available to receive their orders within the designated delivery window. If a customer contacts us with an excuse for not being able to receive their order due to leaving or being unavailable, this will be deemed unacceptable as they have agreed to the delivery window at the time of purchase.
Failure to receive the order due to unavailability will be considered a breach of agreement, and the amount will be non-refundable. Repeated issues may lead to cancellation of future orders.

Delivery Charges
- May vary based on the emirate and courier service used. We work with multiple delivery partners to ensure maximum coverage and efficiency. Fees and timings may occasionally change depending on the courier company assigned.

Return Policy
- Due to hygiene and quality control measures,we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Cancelation policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled a day prior to delivery. Please plan your order accordingly.
- If you cancel within the permitted window, your refund (if applicable) will be processed as per our refund policy.

Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment. Please allow 1–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
The order amount will be non-refundable in the following cases:
- If the customer was unreachable on both delivery attempts
- If the customer failed to adhere to the delivery window
- If cancellation was requested less than one day before delivery

Reschedule
To request a change in your delivery date:
- Email us at hello@freshbatch.ae with your order confirmation number
- Requests must be made before the dispatch day
- Rescheduling is not possible on the dispatch day

Merchant takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, freshbatch.ae cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online
The merchant is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
